We had Jeff out to inspect our roof after noticing shingle granules on our back patio. From the first phone call, he was friendly and professional. He checked in via text to confirm our address the day before the appointment and texted the day of to let us know when he’d arrive.

Once here, he worked quickly to assess the situation, sending us pictures to support his conclusions. In the end, he advised us against getting a repair/filing a claim because the wear was minimal. He did find some minor issues that he offered to fix free of charge.

Given other experiences we’ve had this year with repair people, I was fully expecting the hard sell but that’s clearly not Jeff’s style. I truly can’t recall a more pleasant interaction with a contractor. While technically we didn’t have any real work done this time, Jeff made an incredibly positive impression on us. Therefore, someday when the Texas weather inevitably results in the need for a roof repair, you can be sure we’ll only be making one call — to Jeff at Ark Roofer!

The whole process to replace our roof was great from start to finish.  They did a thorough estimate, had fair pricing, used quality materials, had a professional crew, cleaned up well after they were done, and worked well with our insurance company.

We decided to do some upgrades along with our new roof. We painted our trim in Alabaster White which really updated our home’s look.
