We are looking for YOU to join our next wave of reliable experts. You, of course, are looking for us: a value-driven organization that provides the education and resources necessary for you to be the most successful you have ever been. No prior experience in roofing or exterior construction? That's good for you, because our most successful sales consultants joined Ark Roofer with no prior experience. In fact, 75% of our sales consultants came to us with no previous experience in roofing or construction, so you'll be in good company.

Your Responsibilities

Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

  • Cold-calling pre-screened lead lists
  • Canvassing residential neighborhoods and commercial properties
  • Managing an active sales pipeline
  • Performing roof and exterior inspections
  • Preparing detailed quality assessment reports with photos and clear notes
  • Building and presenting project proposals

  • Prior experience in roofing and/or general construction
  • Prior experience in insurance
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Base, etc.)

Crews don't build without materials. Materials don't move without you. This isn't a background role. At Ark Roofer, the person behind the wheel of our delivery van is a direct link between our supply chain and every active job site we run. If you take pride in doing the unglamorous work that makes everything else possible, you belong here.

What You'll Own

You'll report to our Construction Operations Manager and work directly alongside our production team and job crews to keep materials moving and the shop running tight. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Transporting job materials to active Ark Roofer job sites in a company-branded vehicle
  • Picking up materials and supplies from vendors and suppliers as needed
  • Loading and unloading materials, including shingle bundles and exterior construction supplies
  • Managing on-site inventory and maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Keeping the shop organized, stocked, and operationally ready
  • Coordinating with the production team on daily delivery schedules and priority jobs
  • Representing Ark Roofer professionally at every vendor interaction and job site visit

Requirements

  • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy materials, including shingle bundles (60–80 lbs)
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and communicates proactively when something changes

Preferred

  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or materials management role
  • Familiarity with roofing or exterior construction materials
  • Ability to speak Spanish
