If you need a roof, Ark is the only way to go. A highly ethical and Christian-based company.
Most roofing companies quote your job, then farm out the actual work to the lowest bidding subcontractor and they have no control over them and that's where the problems arise. Ark has 3 in-house roofing crews that are Ark employees so they have complete control over them. They start by putting down a 10’ wide mesh fabric all around my house and over my front bay windows for protection. When they stripped off the old roof most of the debris fell onto the mesh for easy cleanup. They installed 9 color-coded roof exhaust vents and spray-painted the existing vents the same color. They installed two ridge vents to make the attic cooler. It was a one-day install from start to finish, which is amazing. They also installed Rhino Synthetic Underlament which is superior to felt as a secondary waterproofing layer. David Gonzalez our Ark Sales Advisor was on site and worked diligently with the roofing crew foreman Edgar to ensure that everything went well and make the job as painless for us as possible. David went above and beyond to give us the most respectful, professional, and excellent customer service. When they finished there wasn’t a speck of trash in my yard. Then the entire crew walked around with magnets picking up nails. After the weekend Ark sent an inspector to check the roofer's work. He found one small mistake and repaired it. Then he used a larger wheeled magnet to search for nails, he found only 7. Ark was recommended to me by a neighbor and I’m extremely impressed and pleased with this company. The roof turned out beautiful and enhanced the look of our home. I recommend this company.

P.S. I gave each crew member a cash tip before they started the job and put out a cooler full of ice and bottled water (which cost about $10) and some lawn chairs under the tree for their break time, as it is really hot out right now. I cannot express my gratitude for Ark Roofer enough! A bullet hole in my roof allowed water in and caused a great deal of water damage to one of the walls inside my house. The team at Ark patched the roof for me immediately after contact so I wouldn’t have to deal with the stress of further damage from looming storms. I had contacted ARK Roofer for getting a roof inspection since I had noticed a few odd things in our new home roof. Jason showed up on time for the afternoon appointment. Even though it was a hot and humid day, he spent significant time in the attic as well as the roof. He shared photos as well as videos, highlighting the problem areas of the roof with notes and took the extra time to go above and beyond to explain his observations. He also identified other issues with the roof and documented in the report. During the follow-up discussion he also provided suggestions on what could be done to get the issues fixed.
