Luke’s attention to detail on how they install the roof really helps you understand what you’re paying for. He also helps you pick the different options like color of shingle and what color gutters match along with your house color. We love our new roof and have had so many compliments on it. Highly recommend this company and the professionalism they bring along with great customer service.

And when the roof gets installed, the crew picks up all the nails and shingles but the next day another team, Jason and his team come by to inspect everything and clean up anything they missed. Love that part of the cleanup!

Jonathan came out and inspected my roof for insurance purposes.  He documented his inspection with photos, was very knowledgeable and polite, and explained to me my roof was ok.  The very next day he wrote a letter with photos that I sent to my insurance company.  With his expertise, my insurance company approved my policy. Ark Roofer installed a new roof, and all new siding and gutters.  We’re extremely satisfied and are so proud of the way our home looks now!  We had very high electric bills last summer (over $800/mo. at times) so we felt like we had to make some drastic changes.  So far, it seems there is a big difference already. Our main point of contact was Jake and he was personable and very helpful.  He even went above and beyond by going up into our attic to see if there were any other suggestions he could make to save us on our energy costs.

Luke and Josh with Ark Roofer saved my butt!  They jousted with the insurance company and got them to pay up.  I can’t recommend them enough. Josh came to my house and gave me a free inspection.  He discovered lots of problems I missed when I was on the roof myself.  Luke, the owner, got involved once it became clear my situation was a little bit difficult. They worked with my insurance company to modify the first estimate, which was about $10k short due to the insurance company grossly underestimating costs such as removing and replacing my solar panels. When it came time to do the re-roof, Ark Roofer worked with our schedule. They were very tidy.  They used huge tarps to cover our pool and cleaned up very well afterward.

They used quality architectural shingles and the house looks great.

We couldn’t be happier with Ark Roofer.  They killed it!  I would absolutely recommend them.
