Your Role

Your Daily Impact Will Include:

Ark Roofer is looking for a Production Scheduler to join our team and keep our projects running smoothly. You’ll be the central hub connecting clients, labor crews, suppliers, and vendors ensuring every job is scheduled, every update is delivered, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Your Role

As a Repair Specialist, you will drive a stocked service vehicle to diagnose leaks, complete minor roofing and exterior repairs, and respond to same-day/next-day service calls. You’ll perform scheduled routine maintenance and workmanship inspections, coordinate warranty-related inspections and repairs, and document all work in our CRM. Your work directly impacts the client experience and long-term trust.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and schedule roofing and exterior projects from start to finish
• Communicate daily with clients via calls, emails, and texts, providing updates, answering questions, and confirming details.
• Liaise with labor crews, suppliers, and vendors to ensure materials and teams are where they need to be
• Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date production calendar in our CRM/project management system
• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and adapt to changing priorities (especially after storms or high-volume periods)
• Document all communications and schedule changes with precision
• Support the Construction Director with reporting and project updates

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Office/administrative experience with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing
• Proficiency in CRMs and project management tools (Acculynx, Monday.com, Google Suite, or similar)

Your Daily Impact Will Include:

Field Repairs and Service

• Diagnose and complete minor roofing repairs: shingles, flashing, pipe boots, vents, sealants, small decking patches
• Perform basic exterior repairs: gutters (clean/repair), downspouts, soffit/fascia, siding patches, window screens, caulking/paint touch-ups
• Provide emergency response: free leak detection, temporary dry-in/tarping, clear homeowner updates and photo documentation

Routine Maintenance and Inspections

• Conduct pre-scheduled seasonal inspections
• Perform minor roof “tune-up” tasks during visits (sealants, fasteners, small shingle/vent fixes)
• Pressure washing sidewalks, driveways, siding
• Provide clear findings and options; schedule recommended follow-up work as approved

Warranty-Related Support

• Complete workmanship inspections and warranty-related repairs within defined standards
• Document findings with photos/notes and communicate outcomes to homeowners and internal teams
• Ensure timely closeout and quality control of warranty service orders

Coordination and Documentation

• Communicate with Sales, Production, and Quality Control for smooth handoffs
• Capture before/after photos, materials used, and job notes; maintain clean records in the CRM
• Maintain truck stock, tools, and a safe, organized workspace

What You Bring to Ark Roofer

• Hands-on roofing repair experience on asphalt shingle roofs
• Comfort working at heights with ladders and strong safety habits
• Ability to perform small exterior repairs (gutters/soffit/fascia/siding/caulking)
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Professional communication, reliability, and organized work style
• Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends during storm events

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with flashing fabrication, TPO/metal details, dry rot/light carpentry
• Gutter service experience; basic painting/pressure washing familiarity
• CRM experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
