GEORGETOWN — Ark Roofer has announced its participation in the 26th annual Red Poppy Festival this April 26-28. This year’s themes of “Poppy Strong” and “Love Where You Live” align with the Ark’s commitment to serving its hometown of Georgetown.

Festival attendees can visit Ark Roofer at this year’s YMCA Kids Zone area on 9th Street, as well as catch their entry in Saturday’s Red Poppy parade.

“As a locally owned company, we truly do love where we live,” said Luke Secora, founder of Ark Roofer. “Our sponsorship of the Red Poppy Festival is a natural extension of that love – it’s about celebrating the community we serve every day.”

Where To Find Ark Roofer During The Festival

Residents and visitors are invited to:

  • Watch for the company’s “Love Where You Live” themed entry in Saturday’s Red Poppy Parade starting at 10:00 AM
  • Visit their space at the YMCA Kids Zone at the intersection of 9th and Main Streets for fun interactive children’s activities
  • Enjoy complimentary treats from their exclusive gourmet cotton candy vendor
  • Enter for a chance to win a premium Cutco knife set
  • Connect with team members in a relaxed, festive environment

A Tradition Worth Celebrating

The Red Poppy Festival attracts over 60,000 visitors to Georgetown’s historic downtown square each year, featuring live music, more than 120 artisan vendors, a car show, and numerous food options throughout the weekend.

This celebration of Georgetown’s designation as the “Red Poppy Capital of Texas” represents the very best of community spirit – the same spirit Ark Roofer aims to honor through their service to Georgetown homeowners.

Join The Celebration

“After helping many Georgetown residents navigate roof repairs following recent storms, we’re looking forward to connecting with our community in a more joyful context,” Secora explained. “The Red Poppy Festival gives us a chance to celebrate why we love where we live, alongside the neighbors we’re proud to serve.”

The company hopes residents will join them April 26-28 in downtown Georgetown to experience the “Poppy Strong” community spirit that makes the city special. Visitors are encouraged to stop by the Ark Roofer Kids Zone area, enjoy activities and treats, and share what they love most about calling Georgetown home.
