If you’re looking for a pro roofing co. call the folks @ Ark Roofer. These guys know their stuff! In a single day, they stripped off, and replaced the roofing with the latest upgrade material on the market. Also including a SOLAR OPERATED HOT AIR EXTRACTION ATTIC FAN. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the work and performance of this roofing contractor…and will hire them again for any reason!. They also send an inspector out after the job is completed to make sure that everything is done correctly. I thoroughly recommend Ark to anyone looking to hire a roofer. They did a good job for me, and likewise could be your best bet!

Incredible!  I am thoroughly impressed with Ark Roofer.  When I needed to replace the roof on my house, Jake O. helped me and my wife work through the entire roof installation process.  Jake’s professionalism, deep knowledge, and incredible customer service is the best I’ve seen in the business, bar none.  He had an answer for everything — from the best type of shingle for our situation, the nuances of the tax rules that we may be able to take advantage of with regards to our solar panels, to the optimal configuration for solar fan ventilation with just the right amount of additional passive ventilation.  His knowledge specifically surrounding what types of radiant barriers work best was also impressive as not all roofers in the industry have this detailed level of knowledge in energy efficient construction.  Dealing with insurance can be a tricky process, but the Ark team handled it with ease.  When the day of the install came around, the roofing team showed up on-time, worked carefully and diligently, and was finished within a single day!  The follow-up is on-point, including an inspection by a quality inspector.  I cannot recommend Ark Roofer highly enough.  These guys are incredible.

The experience was pain-free, clear, responsive, and most importantly, HONEST! Both the owner, Luke, and his project management team were in regular contact at every step of the way, keeping us informed about deliveries, installation schedules, etc., and the actual installation could not have gone any better or more smoothly. They had a great and huge team of workers who removed the old roof, repaired the damage, installed two new attic fans, and re-roofed the entire house in one very long day. They were also a huge help in negotiating with our insurance company, providing photographic evidence of the damage and working through the appeal successfully and without any anxiety for myself.
