We found our neighbor Cody advertising for his new employer, Ark Roofer, on NextDoor after our roof started leaking into the house during heavy rains. Originally, another contractor did a free inspection after a hail storm, but Ark was the first contractor we got ahold of on a weekend who promptly sprang into action. They were with us every step of the way from inspection, trying to tape off the damaged roof vent, to getting in the attic to pinpoint the entry point and the damage done. They came out and met with our insurance adjuster to make sure he saw everything they did, then began the plan to put together our new roof with upgraded solar vents and heavy-duty shingles.

Ark handled the roof replacement, new gutters, the attic, and interior hallway repair with paint detail and even helped us with a back fence repair after it was blown down in a Texas wind storm following the completion of the roof project. This roofing company is by far the most honest and trustworthy company!!! They are so professional and most efficient when it comes to the logistics of a roofing job. Luke sits down and explains everything so completely and in understandable language with displays and choices. Such a kind and caring man! Then when the job is finished David, such a great guy, comes out to inspect the work and he goes over all of it with a fine tooth comb. if there is any followup, a very efficient man named Tim is right on it scheduling whatever is needed to make things right and whatever it takes. The people at Ark Roofer are incredible.  They are helpful, responsive, excellent at what they do, and they fixed our leak!  They took tons of pictures and uploaded them for us so we could see where the leak was and how they fixed it.  They even called back a few weeks later just to check in to see if the fix was still working.  Customer service like it should be done.  I’m beyond floored with this company — a breath of fresh air these days where you can’t hardly get someone on the phone anymore.

This is the second roof replacement I have done and I couldn’t be happier. The whole team at Ark Roofer was very professional and communication was excellent! The day of the roof replacement, the guys were on time, protected all of our plants, and worked around over-hanging trees (this was an inconvenience to another company and was going to charge more). Overall, very satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend calling Ark Roofer for an inspection as they will educate and walk you through the entire process.

From the very beginning of our project, the Ark Roofer team was very responsive, helpful, and just generally on top of their game.  Luke was very patient with us as we worked through our options and preferences on materials and upgrades.  He helped us navigate all the insurance requirements and worked with our adjustor to make sure that everyone was on the same page.  The work on our roof was very well done and the install team quickly addressed the minor punch-list items we had to resolve.  We just installed a 30-year roof but if we have to do another one at another property, we will certainly use Ark again.
