Great company.  Imagine the almost immediate response to inquiries and information on activities throughout the entire process of full roof repair.  They protected our landscaping and driveway, cleaned up routinely and maintained their schedule efficiently.  We always knew what they were doing with frequent pictures.

I used Ark Roofer they made what could have been a stressful experience for a senior citizen into a pleasant experience. From the very beginning my representative explained everything in a very informative presentation. I was never high-pressured, which I appreciated, They had come highly recommended and I did my own investigation on the Internet before I made my decision. I am so happy I chose Ark. The crew that put on the new roof, were on time, worked so hard, and were very polite. They finished a very large job in less than 2 days, Jeff kept me updated with visits and pictures from his Drone. There have been several inspections during the process, and the final inspection today. The crew cleaned the yard as the roof repair was in progress, and did a final cleanup with a magnet machine that picked up any stray nails.

The company president is personally committed to excellence from start to finish. He conducted a detailed survey of requirements, including an inspection of the roof from inside of the attic and a drone overview. Personally explained all options with us including the latest in roofing technology. His crew worked as a team and completed the work in two days despite the large size of the roof. He then personally inspected the completed job. This is one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. Strongly endorse without hesitation.

With all of the recent constant rain and occasional hail, I was concerned when I identified some water seepage.  Watching multiple neighbors having their roofs replaced didn’t help to assuage my concerns.  I was told by another company of issues existing with my roof and chimney.  I’m naturally weary of contractors as it is not as easy as bargain shopping for a retail item. Ark was my second and will be my only call moving forward.  Jake took the time to work around my schedule for an inspection. He showed up on time and completed everything as scheduled. I’m not always looking for the lowest bidder, but the real value was the time Jake took to explain everything and educate me about the issue, process, and conclusion.

In the beginning, we knew we had a lot of issues that needed addressing including the roof replacement. Ark Roofer had the expertise to handle them in a professional manner and we loved the results. Our lead interface, Jake was fantastic. Everything was fully explained and he was easy to understand and work with. Management and front office personnel were equally professional and helpful in moving our project along. Once completed, Mom and I were completely satisfied and would highly recommend Ark Roofer.

Wow! What an amazing experience with Ark Roofer! We met our consultant Cody on a plane ride a few months back & we mentioned what we do for work-long story short we connected & said we needed gutters as our 1974 house had terrible drainage from old gutters or lack of gutters in places we needed desperately! Cody followed up & came out immediately to give us a consultation & did his design work to show us how the gutters would look while he was with us at our house. We have a lot of angles/sides to our house so wanted to make sure it wouldn’t look funky! Cody was extremely thorough, took his time with us as we asked a lot of questions & he even took the time to look at our roof for us as well. We got on the schedule (which wasn’t a wait at all) & the crew was on time, fast, efficient, & left the site clean!! We got the mesh on the front gutters where our trees are which is nice to have-no more spending the time cleaning them out every year! We are so pleased with the work performed. Thanks Ark! In a single day, they stripped off, and replaced the roofing with the latest upgrade material on the market. Also including a SOLAR OPERATED HOT AIR EXTRACTION ATTIC FAN. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the work and performance of this roofing contractor…and will hire them again for any reason!. Luke and his team were very professional and good at communicating throughout the whole process. This is our second time using them and I would use them again. They took care of everything with the insurance, and made getting a new roof pretty painless. I have been involved in my share of construction projects and it was nice that when something wasn’t going according to schedule, they would reach out and communicate that (that is not always the case in this industry). When the ice and snow began to melt we noticed our ceiling was leaking.  I reached out to Jeff Whitt with Ark Roofing and explained our situation.  He began doing research about ice dams.  Which happened to be our problem.  Saturday morning he called me to set up a time to come and check my roof.  After he arrived, he went to work clearing all the snow and ice that had accumulated in the valleys of our roof.  We are so grateful for his prompt and professional service! Ark Roofer recently installed a new roof on our house in addition to performing some repairs that were needed before the roof could be done.  They did a great job and we are very pleased with the result!  Jeff Whitt came out and inspected the damage for the repair, as well as our roof.  Since he found quite a bit of hail damage, he suggested filing an insurance claim. Jeff helped walk us through filing a claim and patiently answered numerous questions about the process of both getting the repairs done and getting the new roof.  Now we have a new roof and gutters and it all looks great!  They were careful not to break anything and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward.  Jeff took numerous pictures throughout the process, both from him climbing around the roof and with a drone.  This helped with the insurance company and with our comfort level on whether or not things were getting done correctly.  Jeff was there throughout the process, before and after the repairs, and almost the entire day of the roof job, as well as after.  His goal was clearly to make sure that the job was done correctly and that we were comfortable with the process, which can be overwhelming.  I’m glad that we chose Ark Roofer to do the work that we needed, and I’m glad Jeff Whitt was our salesman.  I highly recommend them if you are in need of a new roof!

I cannot say enough great things about Ark Roofer. As a previous property manager of many years I have always been accustomed to follow the rule of a minimum of three bids. When my roof was horribly damaged during the 2020 hail storm I followed the rule of three bids but I did not have complete comfort or peace with the local company representatives I spoke with.
